Reception Admissions
If you would like your child to join our school in Reception, please click on the link to the Gloucestershire County Council admission procedures below. As a Local Authority maintained school, our new Reception admissions and appeals are coordinated by the Gloucestershire County Council. For more information on Reception Admissions click here.
In-Year Admissions
If you are looking to join us here at Holy Trinity during the school year, you will need to either download an in-year application form from Gloucestershire County Council, contact the In-Year Admissions team at Gloucestershire County Council or contact the school office on 01242 515 778.
The quickest and easiest way to register your interest to join Holy Trinity is to contact the school office directly.

Once you have completed the in-year admission form and sent it to school, you and your child will be welcomed to an induction meeting and tour of the school with the Headteacher. At this meeting we can answer any questions you may have, help you fill out any supplementary information that the school needs about your child and confirm your child's start date.

Additional guidance
Note, when submitting an in-year application, it must be accompanied by several documents as follows:

Proof of address - either a Mortgage Agreement for a purchased property, or a Tenancy Agreement for rented accommodation

Child’s identification – Birth certificate or Passport
Once all the necessary paperwork has been received, we will process your In-Year Admission Application and you should receive a response within 10-15 school days.
