Meet our Headteacher

Welcome to Holy Trinity

It's a real pleasure to welcome you to Holy Trinity. As Headteacher, I feel incredibly proud to lead a school with such a strong sense of community, real momentum, and a clear vision for every child in our care.

I've worked in senior school leadership for over 13 years, including two headships, and have helped lead schools from special measures to improved Ofsted outcomes. I was drawn to Holy Trinity by its warmth, its close-knit community, and its wonderful children.

We are proud of our inclusive, ambitious ethos, and we believe in setting high expectations for every child while giving them the support they need to meet them. Our curriculum is evidence-informed: we look closely at what genuinely helps children learn well, and we're not afraid to try better ways of doing things where the evidence supports it.

In June 2025, Ofsted judged Holy Trinity Good across every area of our work — quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management, and our early years provision — having previously been judged Requires Improvement. That progress belongs to our whole school community: staff, governors, families, and above all, our pupils.

I warmly invite you to explore our website and find out more about our values, our curriculum, and the many ways we support children to fulfil their potential. Whether you're a prospective family, a current parent, or simply curious about Holy Trinity, I hope you feel the warmth and ambition that define our school.

Below, you'll also find a letter written by Kit, one of our Year 6 pupils, to our new Reception children. It says more about Holy Trinity than I ever could.
